Although there are creeps, geeks and weirdos that do some random things (some of them obscene) on Chatroulette, the site is still considered by many as a great social networking tool.
Chatroulette.com earned a Webby Award Monday night in Manhattan. Andrey Ternovskiy, the 17-year-old founder of the site, was given the “Breakout of the Year” award. (Even though his speech was 5 words that you could hardly understand, I’m certain he was glad that he won).
